Convenient location and great amenities. the hotel is situated in a bustling area with easy access to many attractions around the city. During New Year's, the area becomes more vibrant with lots of store front shops and businesses open to the public. the rooms are spacious and equipped with modern amenities which makes the stay very comfortable. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, and assisted us in arranging transportation and dinner reservations.
Limited options for breakfast and dining. Although the breakfast provided was decent, it could have had more variety.

we recommend it for every one for short stay. shenkeng old street was placed just 1 mile from the hotel, suitable for us. the beds were comfy in our room. location adjacent to wenhe bridge bus stop, only 10 minutes walk away.

Upon arriving at this hotel, we were greeted by friendly staff and a luxurious decor. the exclusive amenities, such as the sauna and outdoor swimming pool, were a delight. the leisure/TV room provided a great place for us to relax. the restaurant offered exquisite cuisine, which was a real highlight of our stay. the location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of many attractions.
the friendly service more than made up for it.

Friendly staff. The hotel room was clean and modern. It was located in a busy area with many shops and easy access to the city.
The breakfast was lackluster and not very appetizing. The hotel seemed to cater mainly to tour groups, which made breakfast noisy.

The hotel is conveniently located near the zoo and the nearest MRT station on the Muzha line. Taxis are affordable to get to the city center. Rooms are comfortable and a good size with modern amenities. the breakfast is basic but adequate, with mainly local food. Staff is friendly and helpful in arranging transportation and tours.
Some aspects of housekeeping and maintenance could benefit from more attention.

We appreciated the hotel's location near our client's office, as well as its proximity to Shenkeng Old Street, Taipei Zoo, and the Maokong area. The free shuttle service was helpful, although we had to book ahead. The staff was extremely friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to assist us, even upgrading our rooms.
Couldn't stay longer.
